 winter salad of mixed greens and arugula
with fresh mandarin orange, comice pear, toasted walnuts, olive & bleu cheese

local organic rabbit slow baked
in chardonnay vegetables and dijon mustard

 local ring-neck pheasant breast
(subject to availability)
with rosemary, shallot, sun dried tomato and olive oil

canadian swordfish with shrimp or lobster
in a lemon essence sauce
