For diners who relish a culinary tour of the Four Columns menu in one evening, we just made it easier. Our soups are carefully prepared for days, simmering key ingredients
in the chef’s stock pot. Our appetizers and entrees are a tour de force, leading to our recognition as 'one of the top twenty dining destinations in New England' by Boston Magazine (April 2011). We are part of The Vermont Fresh Network, so fresh local produce and farm products are a mainstay of our repertoire, blending our culinary talents with local products.
