Choose from beautiful horseback rides in the mountains, sleigh rides behind a team of proud Friesian horses, or hop aboard a snowmobile for an exhilarating jaunt over the river and through the woods. Friesian Horse Drawn Sleigh Rides

Experience the ultimate winter romantic sleigh ride. Your sleigh will be drawn by a beautiful team of ‘Friesians of Majesty’.These exceptional show horses will make your 45 minute adventure even more memorable. Hot chocolate, coffee and other beverages will be offered after your ride. You can also order a ‘cocoa to go’ tote at the inn to keep your tummy warm throughout the excursion.

Winter Horseback Rides

Take a one hour scenic drive up to Mountain View Ranch and mount your trusty steed for a snowy jaunt through the Vermont countryside. Your guide will show you the beauty of winter as you meander through the mountain trails.

Snowmobile Rides

Snow sparkles and the wind whistles as you motor your way through the trails and byways of the Green Mountains of Vermont. Our partner Equinox Snow Tours will set you up to be on your way through the mountains.
